Sometimes in life, we go through situations that impress us with their simplicity and meaning. That's what my family and I felt at this tea ceremony in Kyoto. Starting with the cordiality of the hosts: Mr. Miyagawa and his wife, who received us very well and made us very comfortable in a beautiful environment full of tradition. We experienced unforgettable moments and had contact with Japanese culture that no longer exists today, but that was already so significant in the past. As our host said: "more than tea itself, the important thing is to share the time", that is, being 100% at that moment with each other. And that's what we lived. Be sure to live this simple experience, full of meanings and unforgettable!!! Thank you very much!

This was an amazing 90 minutes experience. Our host was welcoming and did amazing even with our 2 1/2 year old. The kimonos themselves are beautiful and there is plenty of time for pictures. The ceremony is done slowly and very well explained. Cannot recommend them enough
