包丁研ぎの体験は初めてでしたが、とても楽しかったです!これは日本人として観光客でも十分楽しめますし、京都旅行のいい思い出になりました。先生の教え方もわかりやすく、すごく勉強になりました!また体験したいです! It was a very fun knife-sharpening experience, even for a complete beginner. It was my first time trying knife sharpening, and I had such a great time! Both tourists and Japanese people can fully enjoy this experience, and it became a wonderful memory of my trip to Kyoto. The instructor explained everything clearly, and I learned so much. I would definitely love to do it again!
