Milford Business Class offers a truly unique, luxurious experience that sets it apart from other Milford Sound tours. With a small group size of just 15 guests per van, it ensures high service standards, a personalised journey, and added amenities for your comfort.

You’ll travel in custom-built Mercedes vehicles designed with business-class comfort, featuring a glass roof, panoramic windows, seat charging ports, and Wi-Fi.

Upon arrival at Milford Sound, you’ll board the exclusive Sinbad Cruise, a luxury vessel offering spacious seating and exceptional service. Great tour. Some issues with accommodating dietary restrictions

I quite enjoyed this tour and think it was worth paying for the business class experience. I went on Jan 21. I took the bus/van there and flew back via the fixed wing aircraft. Positives: 1. Tour guide/driver was excellent; really nice and informative. Don’t quite remember his name. 2. The bus/van was in great condition. Pillows and blankets were provided. 3. We stopped a few times to take pictures during the bus ride, which I appreciated. 4. The vessel appeared brand new and food/service were great. Negatives: 1. I requested milk free/dairy free food. On the vessel they did a good job of accommodating this across all courses. However, for breakfast they literally provided two small pieces of some sort bread/pastry. I thought this was ridiculous. People without dietary restrictions had access to a myriad of options. Given the price of the tour and the fact that after booking I asked multiple times whether they could accommodate my restrictions and they indicated they could, I’m unhappy with what was provided, and will be taking it up with Real NZ.

What a fantastic way to see an iconic site! Our guide Carol was perfect, sharing her vast knowledge of New Zealand and injecting lots of humour and great music along the way. The included lunch was delicious and plentiful. The long drive was broken up with plenty of breaks for washrooms and photo opportunities. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and we appreciated Carol’s mastery of navigating the challenging terrain. An article left behind on the tour bus was returned to our hotel by Carol after her work day…this was definitely going above and beyond! We would highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic experience, I was not really looking forward to the long drive in a bus but Altitude had made every effort to make this as comfortable as possible even providing pillows and blankets if you wanted to nap. However the driving was interesting and Andy our guide/driver had lots of interesting facts and stories and also a very good playlist. There was a ginger & Manuka honey shot and plenty of water on the bus but we also had a coffee/morning tea stop and several opportunities to get off the bus on the way. The cruise on Milford sound was superb. There was plenty of space on the boat both indoors and on the deck and personally I thought the food and drink was great. I wouldn’t have wanted a larger meal as my main purpose was after all to look at the scenery. We took the option to fly back which was absolutely incredible. I’m not saying anything else because it’s always good to amazed. Just remember to ask for sunshine! 😎

Amazing experience with great and fun driver : thank you McAmy!! Very comfortable shuttle with limited number of people alllowing for better experience.. Boat was perfect and unforgettable! Definitely to do again with friends and family!
Tossed around for many hours

Last people picked up, so 4 of us had to sit on bench seat in back of van. Tossed around like a beach ball in the ocean. First time in my life to experience motion sickness. Would not recommend this tour if they continue to pack so many people in the van. RIDICULOUS for such a long drive. Milford sound was spectacular and a highlight of our trip to NZ. Our driver was great too MC AMY- friendly, kind and a careful driver. Altitude tours should not book so many people on one tour. No one should have limited views and jostled around like that. Shame on this company for placing higher priority on profit rather than customer satisfaction. We took a tour to Doubtful Sound on a large bus- way better experience. Comfortable seats, better visibility and cheaper. For the price we expected a small tour to be way better - WRONG.

This was a bucket list day for my Husband and I with our 11 year old daughter and it exceeded our expectations! Andy might be the best tour guide in NZ - he was incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating and a great driver (not to be underestimated especially on windy roads). We had beautiful weather, saw dolphins and seals and felt the full force of Sterling Falls. We hoped the business class experience would justify the price tag and for us it certainly did. Such a big day that you want to go well was seamless. We loved the food - clever and delicious and extra touches throughout the day made it super special. Being in a small group was fantastic and I was so happy with our choices every time we passed a big, busy coach. Thanks Altitude and Andy - you guys are doing an awesome job!

We upgraded to business class and it was well worth the extra. Our driver, Andy, was super friendly, funny and very informative. The stop in Te Anau for morning tea was lovely and we were given time to take a few photos. Andy stopped along the way at some beautiful spots for more photos. The boat was great, the staff were amazing and the food was fantastic. Spectacular scenery. Andy recommended the flight back so we booked in. Breathtaking! Our pilot (Annabel?) was lovely. The trip was, in Andy’s words, ‘not too shabby’ at all!

Chase was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide and gave us plenty of opportunities to stop and take photos. Comfortable minibus. Fabulous food on the cruise and luckily we had incredibly beautiful weather 🌞😎

Considering the long drive, it was not without a little trepidation that we booked this trip. In hindsight, this turned out to be one of the best things we did in our 16 days in New Zealand. What made the difference was the level of exclusivity that the guests experienced. Apart from the small elements such as the glass topped coach and coffee break in the executive lounge en route, the big hitters were the setting inside the boat and the great tasting menu by Tom Hishon. A big shout-out also to our coach driver, Stuart, the Dutchman with amazing knowledge on a range of subjects and a razor-sharp sense of humour.
