Milford Business Class offers a truly unique, luxurious experience that sets it apart from other Milford Sound tours. With a small group size of just 15 guests per van, it ensures high service standards, a personalised journey, and added amenities for your comfort.

You’ll travel in custom-built Mercedes vehicles designed with business-class comfort, featuring a glass roof, panoramic windows, seat charging ports, and Wi-Fi.

Upon arrival at Milford Sound, you’ll board the exclusive Sinbad Cruise, a luxury vessel offering spacious seating and exceptional service. Guests enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne and a locally sourced, gourmet menu with Māori cultural influences, while a nature guide shares fascinating insights. Scenic stops along the journey from Queenstown to Milford Sound allow you to connect with Fiordland’s natural beauty, away from the crowds.

An optional upgrade to return via plane or helicopter is available for an added touch of luxury.

Upon arriving in Milford Sound, you’ll board the Sinbad cruise, where you’ll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Settle into the spacious vessel with comfortable seating, offering panoramic views as we cruise through the stunning Milford Sound Fiord. As we make our way through the fiord, you’ll have the opportunity to take in the dramatic cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and abundant wildlife that define this iconic destination. Throughout the cruise, you’ll enjoy a locally sourced lunch menu, with Māori cultural influences, adding a special touch to your experience. Your onboard nature guide will share captivating stories about Piopiotahi Milford Sound and help you spot wildlife, including seals and dolphins, as we navigate the fiord. You may even get the chance to feel the mist from Stirling Falls, one of the most iconic waterfalls in the region.

Ash is a very competent tour guide and driver. She is friendly and helpful and her onboard commentary is both interesting and informative. The boat crew were also great. The provided lunch was both filling and delicious. It was a most enjoyable day.

Business Class is the best way to do Milford Sound hands down. It really is an exceptional experience, we lived it! We had a well appointed brand new purpose built Mercedes van with glass roof, which was lovely, blankets, pillows and a class above a tourist bus. We stopped for breakfast after 2 hours from a 7am pick up and our only real criticism, is that there should have been a more sustainable breakfast. We had preordered coffees waiting for us, which was a nice touch, and we got was nice but it needed to be more pastries, muffins, croissants, etc to fill. The refurbished vessel was amazing, very luxurious with an impressive fab bathroom. The specially curated tasting menu was exceptional and we had the matching wines, which were all lovely. The staff were amazing, friendly happy and made us all feel special. We had lovely weather, which really added to the day. The flight home was amazing and a must do! Would never do Milford Sound any other way

We had the most memorable and exceptional day travelling to Milford sound and couldn’t have picked a better way to enjoy it than going business class with Altitude tours - it far exceeded all of our expectations. The spacious and luxurious car with the glass top roof is definitely the way to go to best take everything in - it’s an immersive experience having all of the massive windows as well as the glass roof so we could enjoy and capture every breathtaking view. The mountains are so much higher than we were expecting and we could see right to the top of the snow capped peaks with the glass roof. Our wonderful and knowledgeable guide for the day Neville (Nev) took care of all of us so well and explained all of the sites along the way. There were beautiful warm blankets and pillows on board as well as water, chocolate and other treats. We stopped along the way to take in the sights including a morning tea stop with espresso coffee, scones (still hot from the oven) with jam and cream, croissants and selection of tropical fruit. The cruise was exceptional and the sparkling rose with gourmet lunch boxes including dessert and a lovely charcuterie board was delicious, beautifully presented and very generous. Not to mention that they also organised reserved indoor seating for us so we had somewhere to leave our things and still go out to the deck. We saw seals, penguins and waterfalls on the boat and saw multiple keas (birds) and a rainbow on the drive down - it was an incredibly moving day filled with epic scenery - no matter how beautiful you think it will be - trust me - its even more beautiful when you’re out there enjoying it. A must do!

It was a truly incredible experience! Our guide, Allegra, was very punctual and demonstrated her extensive knowledge of the area throughout. Her explanations were very interesting. The trip was totally worth it. We were treated extremely well, and the vehicle was very comfortable. Everything was excellent.

Two words! DO THIS! The scenery is breathtaking. The captain is so informative. The staff members are all wonderful with a special shout out to Marius for sharing even more information about the glaciers and waterfalls with me.
