5.00Santiago was a great guide. Even though our Mt. Pilatus portion was shrouded in snow and mist, hearing about the culture and history was a wonderful experience. The cruise on Lake Lucerne was smooth and beautiful. Thanks for a great day!

1.00the guide informed us 1 hour before we were supposed to meet that they had covid and had to cancel - we had to scramble to try to make something of our day in Lucerne - no back up was provided because the company said they were too small - ridiculous!
