Standard Cruise: Feast on a 5-course meal. Delight in a charcuterie board of premium cheese, meats, nuts, and more followed by salad, seafood, entrees, desserts, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages all served on our Main Deck.
VIP Experience: Access to the private VIP 2nd deck with plush seating and a private bar. Feast on a 6-course meal with a charcuterie board, organic caviar service, salad, seafood, premium entrees, desserts, 2 top-shelf alcoholic drinks and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.

3.0The check in process was too long and could be simplified. Funny how now an ID is needed for this event even though a confirmed code was shown. The tables were so close and overcrowded, people including myself could not get into our chairs. The charcuterie platter was left out for hours and the cold cuts were obviously exposed for quite a while. The steaks were too salty and the servers did not ask how we wanted them prepared. The vegetables and mashed potatoes were cold. Desert was perfect but coffee was cold and not fresh. The live entertainment was amazing and the whole cruise experience was memorable. Only suggestion is, there should be considerable changes made to the seating and dinner itself.

5.0We did this dinner cruise on Valentine’s Day and had nice time. They have got good setup, very clean and for Feb 14 winter day nicely heated. The night view of the New York city was amazing and felt so romantic.Menu items were selected so thoroughly and it was so delicious. Servers were very polite and professional. Overall it’s a wonderful Valentine’s Day evening experience.

3.0Customer service was below average. No one serving you drinks at your table. Spent $500 for valentines dinner to have to retrieve our own beverages. Sound picky but water was not even provided at table unless you requested. Dinner was below average. Open bar was great. Not sure VIP experience was worth extra costs. Would not do this again.

5.0Make sure you schedule a ride back as no taxis are around. Not cool to be stranded late night. No one to assist a ride. You would think these events are coordinated with taxis.
