  I had seen some ugly reviews for this dinner cruise, including the boat often being later. I really wanted the experience to work out. It seemed like a perfect way to end a day in New York. The instructions say to arrive 15 minutes early to board (boat departs at 7pm), we arrived around 30 minutes early so not to be rushed. At 6:43pm, just 2 minutes before our board time, we received an email saying the boat was delayed and boarding (not departure!) was now 7:30pm. Not the end of the world, but very frustrating to stand on the dock for an hour, dressed up, and wearing uncomfortable shoes. The more frustrating part was we were going to miss sunset, which is 7:32pm today. Was really looking forward to watching the sun set while relaxing on the boat. Anyway, 7:30pm came and went, it was now a few minutes before 8:00pm and no one heard a word on a new ETA for the boat and there wasn't a boat in sight that was plausibly ours. This was scheduled to be a 3 hour event and we had an early 5:45am flight the next morning. The later this drags on, the little sleep we were going to get tonight was decaying. At this point the mood in the maybe hundred fifty person crowd started to shift and people were growing frustrated. Several of us tried calling the number on our reservation to try and get an update with no answer. Peopled started leaving, including us. It was our last evening in NY. We were tied, hungry, the atmosphere was ruined, it was dark. No idea if that boat ever did show up. I never received any future correspondence from them. I've requested a refund. Completely unacceptable to be that late. Especially with no communication or updates. Wasted $75 in cab fares round trip.

  Trip was excellent and music was great, waiters were very helpful and friendly… Unfortunately boat was one hour late and food was not very satisfying….

  It was a great experience, my partner and I loved everything, from the food to the music, everything was good, we really enjoyed it.

  What a beautiful experience on the water! Incredible food (gorgeously presented), great live music (set the scene beautifully but was not intrusive), really nice crew - and of course, amazing NYC skyline views.
