Hike to top of mountain requires balance and knees. Everyone complained about bicycle seats and pain. Overall wonderful experience, though.

Fun filled trip with lots of sights, biking, hiking and boat ride. Phil was an outstanding tour guide - easy to get along with - lots of insights and perfect English. The ride back and forth from Hanoi was comfortable. Lalita Hotel was very nice and a short ride from town.

Absolutely loved this experience. Was incredibly well planned and our tour guide was friendly, helpful, and informative. It is a lot of biking and activity, but my husband and I really loved every part. The hotel and drive was so comfortable too. Highly recommend, best part of our trip!

What an amazing trip ! Only 3 of us on tour ! We had a great guide Nam- who spoke brilliant English and was so knowledgeable! Lovely hotel Lalita at Ninh Binh and great food plus amazing staff. Also had great lunches each day in Ninh Binh. Wonderful sights and really enjoyed cycling, boat rides and visiting all sites plus local family. Such a relaxing break from hustle of Hanoi. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful trip with a small group, 4 of us, to see breathtaking sceneries of the northern Vietnam’s countryside. We were fortunate to have our guide, Tom, who speaks English well and possesses the knowledge of the area. The bike tour thru the village and meeting the local people are so pleasant. The pictures we took at the sunset are so precious to us to have as the memories of this tour. Thank you Tom, together with our companion, Jeremy and Caitlyn who make our trip so pleasant, enjoyable and memorable for the friendship and beautiful memories we will forever cherish. On a side note, it is rare to see a tour guide to turn back half of our tip in Vietnam, but we are very appreciate to Tom for doing that. Tom, you are the best.
