5.00The driver was very professional and early. We love the convenience of the pickup. It is quite a hassle to haul the big luggage using the train from Kyoto to ITM airport in Osaka. We have 6 passengers with 6 checked-in baggage size, 6 carry-on luggages and 6 backpacks. The van was roomy.

3.00For the price paid, I expected more for this airport transfer. We had an early flight, and our tour operator insisted on us departing 3 hours prior to the stated departure time. I was hesitant given that we were traveling out of Osaka's smaller airport (ITM) and my previous experiences with the airport were very efficient. We arrived at the airport 45 minutes before it even opened! The driver pretended not to understand that the airport was not open and drove away, leaving us waiting in the cold for 45 minutes prior to it opening. The price at first seemed favorable, however we needed to pay a supplement due to the "early hour" of the flight, which made the price paid very comparable to other Companies or even just booking through our hotel.

5.00The pickup was in a luxury car that was extremely comfortable. The driver was accessible via whats app and incredibly accomodating. We had to change the pick up location at the last minute and we were able to communicate (albeit through Google translate). He arrived early at our location and helped us with our luggage. Then we realized after he dropped us at the airport that my daughter had left her coat in the back seat. We called him and he immediately turned around and went back to the airport to deliver her coat. He went out of his way for us and we appreciated it!! Overall, an excellent driving experience. Exceeded our expectations!!
