Our guide will pick you up at your hotel/stay located in Hanoi Old Quarter. If your address is outside the old quarter, please arrive at 41 Luong Van Can, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi (Craft Viet Shop) approximately 15 minutes before your chosen departure time to join the tour. NOTE: This tour is flexible within 4-hour. Please let us know after you complete your booking if you have any places you would like to visit. We will arrange the itinerary based on your request (IF POSSIBALE). If you do not have any request for places to visit, you can refer to the typical itinerary below. Please understand that due to limited time, the typical tour can only visit 4 to 6 attractions. Our guide Sandy was exceptional. Her wealth of knowledge was evident and she was very helpful throughout the tour, especially when our young children were not enjoying the hot weather. The tour was a great overview of Hanoi with many places of interest visited. We really enjoyed the lunch also. Definitely recommend.

Jenny Tran was our tour guide. Her use of the English language is impeccable, and she is very friendly. The driver was also very prompt and drive safely despite all of the chaotic traffic in Hanoi. Jenny went out of her way to make sure that my husband and I enjoyed this tour. Her fund of knowledge is outstanding. She even volunteered to assist us in our efforts in exchanging currency and in negotiations at the Wholesale Market. I appreciate her insight into everyday living and local experiences in Cambodia. The Temple and Train Street tours were AWESOME.

This was a great way to hop around most of Hanoi’s key sights while learning a bit about local history and culture. It was nice to not have to think about crossing the road alone, or coordinating timings with the train and guard change. Sandy was a great host!
