I initially thought the driver was late but later realized he was stuck in a traffic jam right outside the hotel and he was just down the street. Good communication from company. Of note, my brother got dropped off in the international terminal and I had a separate domestic flight and there was an additional fee of 50,000 VND for the two drop offs. Would use service again

Communication prior to pick up was excellent. Clear instructions provided on where to find driver after arrival and also drivers name, contact number and car make and registration number. Bottles of cold water was provided and driver (Mr Duy Hoan) was very careful. Arrived at hotel safe and sound. Thank you.
