Great driver, on time, stopped for snacks and potty breaks without asking. Even stopped for photo op. Definitely would travel with him again.

HTS organized a pickup from Hanoi Airport to the Old Quarter, a return transfer from Hanoi to Sapa, another transfer from Hanoi back to the airport, a transfer from Hue to Hoi An and a final transfer from Hoi An to Denang. All were done efficiently and in a timely fashion.

We got a comfortable, clean vehicle. The driver was waiting at the exact point mentioned on our confirmation. We arrived a little earlier and contacted the driver so he came 5 mins earlier too. The rest stop wasn't great, maybe he could have suggested one before we asked, and there might have been a better one. Dropped us right at hotel and helped with luggage too.

Hanoi Transfer Service provided us with transfers to & from Nói Bai Airport to the Old Quarter Hotels, and a car, driver and Guide for a 10 night trip to Sapa, Ha Giang, Cao Bằng and Ninh Bình. Everything was seamlessly arranged, our Driver ( Mr. Liam ), Guides ( Sam & Thuy ) were excellent and our accommodation was carefully chosen with our input, for each stay. The Ha Giang route is mountainous and in places challenging thanks to a recent Typhoon and Landslides, we felt safe and comfortable at all times and loved the spectacular scenery. Mr. Chinh and his team are experts in all aspects of travel in North Vietnam and I cannot recommend the team at HTS highly enough. They are all Legends and are the go to company for us in Hanoi and surrounds.

Very good communication from Lily, clear instructions on where to meet at the Hanoi Airport. Comfortable, air-conditioned car provided for the 5 hour trip to Sapa and friendly driver. Would recommend this company and use again! Thank you!

Was a female solo traveller and was picked up from Hanoi Noi Bai airport at 645pm , direct transfer in a black 4WD (called a 7 seater by the company) to Sapa. Total door to door time was 4 hours - was at hotel by 1045pm. Pre departure booking was pleasant and seamless with great service by Lily. Water bottle provided in the car. The trip back down from Sapa to Hanoi airport was equally pleasant - on time, and door to door of 4.5 hours in the morning time (left Sapa at 1030am, at airport by 245pm). Tip for those travelling by private car to Sapa- do take the 7 seater even if you are a couple or a small group. The winding road in the last hour up the mountain makes u feel very dizzy and i was less dizzy in the 4WD. Car will stop for toilet breaks/ meal along the way on the Noi Bai-Lao Cai highway- just inform your driver. Bring spare VND cash to pay to use the toilet. Great experience and will book again if ever in need of private transport.
