We felt very safe on our ride from Sapa to Ninh Binh. But due to missed communication we ended up driving for 8 hours. But thanks to our driver we had a delicious meal of Bun Cha in Hanoi while changing drivers. I do recommend this company and keeping an eye on emails and whatsapp
