We were expecting a long and exhausting line, but the staff handled everything professionally and in a friendly manner, and our entry was arranged quickly without any delay. Everything was smooth and well organized, and we felt no stress at all. It was a seamless and comfortable experience. 100% recommended.

The skip-the-line ticket is unfortunately totally overpriced. We paid 48€ and got printed tickets with the price of 25€ on them. What we also got in return was a professional rusher who meandered past us all. This saved us a lot of time, of course. But it is questionable whether one would like to pay that much for it... The line was long, but the staff worked fast. The gentleman was nevertheless very nice and there was even a gift (2€ fridge magnet). Personally, I would not recommend it.
Unreliable. Too little too late. Promised partial reimbursement.

I followed the instructions exactly but the operator wasn't there - just a closed warehouse door with no information. I was 15 minutes early and waited another 10 minutes before leaving. Calling the provider number directly had no answer. Messaged via Viator app. 15 minutes later they get in contact and send the information required - why couldn't they have sent it beforehand? By this stage I was 15 minutes walk away and by the time I go to where I needed to be the security line was prohibitively long (for the next hour's batch entry). Was assured the line would move eventually. Lots of justifications for why we missed each other but frankly there were many ways this experience could have been better managed. Tired and disheartened after 60+ minutes since first arriving at collection point and trying to make this work I gave up on the tour. Money wasted. When I fed back my experience they offered to refund 50%. We'll see. I don't recommend.

Excellent option to avoid long lines, the person who took us was very friendly and accompanied us until we were inside the museum.
They don't explain anything.

It is not guided, the only good thing is that you do not line up, but you are left at the access and now! They tell you neither where to start nor what to look for to see ANYTHING

Flash entry to the Vatican museums. Contacted by the guide 20 Min before the time booked for entry. he gave us an appointment at a precise address and escorted us with a skip the impeccable line to the entrance to the museums at the appointed time

Skip the line was a good choice, lines were quite long outside the Vatican Museum. This particular service though was just ok. We arrived early for our 10am appointment, but had to wait until after 10:30 to be taken to the museum because other guests wanted to change ticket times. This particular service felt chaotic and unorganized. Maybe get a skip the line, but from a different provider?
It's definitely worth it.

cut lines essential to avoid more than 2 hours waiting before returning to the Vatican Museum go to an agency close to the museum and there a hostess accompanies you to the inside of the museum where you collect your tickets at the same time 10 min very friendly hostess and speaking French
