  If I could leave a no star review I would. Let’s start with the lies: guaranteed shade, no. No more than 16 on the boat, no. 10:00am departure, no. This was, frankly, the worst experience I have ever had on an excursion, and I cannot recommend this company, at all. We were there at 9:30 for a 10:00 departure. We did not get called out to board until 10:30 and they put 25 people on the boat, with many of us not in shade. We, literally, got off the boat as it was not safe (besides the lies they told about shade and max guests). I cannot give a more negative review of this place , because words fail me. Do NOT book with these people, they do NOT care about safety nor what they promise.

  This was a family favorite of the entire trip! Snorkeling along the reef, starfish, sea turtles and stingrays were absolutely awesome! We spent plenty of time at each stop along the way, and even enjoyed fresh made ceviche and a beer. Highly recommend this snorkeling tour. Our guide was Omar, and he was great!

  you wanna be on a big loud boat with party atmosphere then this us NOT your trip. Small boat with 10 max and simple solid time. exactly what we were looking for. Take taxi to Marina Asipona ($10) and look for yellow shirts that say May-Be Cozumel or office which is on the left as you walk toward marina. We were scheduled for 10-2 but went from 9:30-1:15 which was perfect. We were on Harmony of the Seas. You visit a coral reef followed by starfish/stingrays then shallow stingray chill time. Almost all tours do the same rotation. Would absolutely do again. Taxi back to ship were waiting as we returned ($10) back to port. Hope this helps. I booked the night before.

  Great day on and in the water. The guide, "kitchen", and driver were all great. They kept us on course, in the know and safe. The improvements I suggest is to better pinpoint the meet location and remove the "turtles" from the title. They do not specifically go where turtle are. We saw a number of fish on the reef. Amazing starfish, and stingrays. I recommend this activity. It was a wonderful day.

  The experience was amazing, best snorkling we ever had! We were able to see sea turtles, eagle ray, baracoudas, baby sharks, starfish and so many stong rays at El Cielo. Ricardo and Gustavo were very nice and friendly, making sure everyone was comfortable doing snorkling. Th guide adapted the tour based on what people wanted to see. The snack they served was an excellent ceviche which was very appreciated. We would recommend to everyone. One small negative point, not sure the transportion they offer is the best option. Although we arrived at 10h30 for the tour at 12h, the transport was late and the crew needed to wait for us 20 minutes. But this had nothing to do with the crew for the tour.

  This experience was awesome! We saw a sea turtle, various rays, tons of tropical fish, sea stars, a barracuda, and a nurse shark at 4 different spots. Felipe, Jose Carlos (Pepe), & Capi (the captain) were great and even served up some freshly-made conch ceviche, guacamole, chips & fruit while we relaxed in the shallow water with the rays. (If you have bad knees, they’ll lower the ladder so you can get in & out of the boat more easily.) Our family of 6 would definitely recommend this great excursion!

  Great success in seeing more marine life than expected. Our granddaughter was thrilled beyond belief. Weather was rough and cool but didn’t hinder the excitement.

  Guides were friendly and helpful but I wouldn’t choose this activity again. First of all, we did not go to a turtle sanctuary as advertised. Second, the amount of time spent in the small, uncomfortable speed boat was very high in proportion to the snorkeling time. Third, the snorkeling itself was poor and unexciting. And finally, it was a real hassle to get a taxi to and from the cruise port to the poorly marked store where we had to meet up.

  It was a great tour! We saw a lot of fish, starfish, turtles and sharks and stingrays in the end where we had the lovely ceviche on a sandbank

  The two guides were very unfriendly and we were a bit disappointed with the event... felt a bit rip-off. I would recommend the trip only conditionally.
