This was a great experience, but a very long day with lots of walking! We received a text from tour company explaining that due to ticketing problems at Auschwitz we would be picked up at 04.20! We arrived to museum at 05.30 and already queue had formed. We took turns standing in queue until ticket office opened and luckily managed to get a 10am guided tour! This is not the fault of the company but a problem with the system. In fact any irritations with the tour are due to poor organisation at Auschwitz- cafe is incredibly slow moving making it difficult to purchase food and drink. Tour of Auschwitz was excellent. You have your own audio set to hear guide which keeps everywhere quiet but you know exactly what you are seeing. It is a harrowing tour - nothing prepares you for the scale- but we wouldn't have missed it and are glad we made the effort to set the alarm! The tour of the Salt Mine was fantastic. Again you walk miles- this time underground. But the sculptures and chambers are awesome. Our guide was very good and informative- also he had a great sense of humour which helped with the by then aching legs!!! We also opted for your company to provide packed lunch - would recommend it if, like us, you don't have time to organise your own. We arrived night before our tour so really didn't have any option to buy any food. Car/people carrier was very comfortable and well driven. Guide from tour company kept us informed of everything and was very friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had day trip to Auschwitz and The “Wieliczka” Salt Mine. Day trip was absolutely great and well organized. We booked it via Viator. To be honest, when we received a Whatsapp message that the schedule had changed significantly, were very skeptical and afraid of that we had been scammed. Pick up Time from the hotel was originally at 7am, but it changed to 4.30am. Luckily, our hotel staff assured us that the information we received sounded correct and Whatsapp is a common way of communication in Poland. 4.30am lovely Daniel picked us up right at the hotel's front door. We arrived at Auschwitz on time and Daniel had everything arranged for us. We were able to enjoy breakfast in the museum café while Daniel sorted out the ticket arrangements. At 7.30am there were already long ticket lines. After this interesting guided tour, we headed towards the salt mine. There we had another well-organized guided tour. After the tours we were returned back to the hotel door. The only minus was the very early pick up time, but in the end there was a reason for that. The driver Daniel took great care of us and even texted us several times during the day to ask if everything was okay. The day trip was truly worth the experience.

We decided to book the more expensive option to get the hotel pick up. They changed the time and the pick up point was 20 minutes from our hotel. It was meant to be no more than 5 minutes walk (if on a street that would not accuse vehicle). We have requested a partial refund for the difference in cost. The driver was efficient if a little abrupt. The guides at Auschwitz and the salt mine were great but not part of the tour company. At Auschwitz we basically had to queue but the guide bought the ticket. Other tours that seemed far more organised had pre booked tickets and did not queue. I have booked many tours with Viator but I would never book with this company again. Very disappointed!

What experience! We’ve been waiting at the meeting point since 650am for our 7am collection it’s now 820am and we’re still waiting. Cant get intouch with anyone and no one’s contacted us, absolute waste of time. Hopefully we can get on another trip if we’re lucky, full refund definitely needed after this poor service

Excellent tour guides at both locations. Sadly, ticket issues which meant an earlier start only communicated the night before. 5:20 am to then have to queue for further tickets. Booking through apps don’t give you the physical tickets.
