The tour with Thao was an excellent experience. Her english is very good, the food choice was excellent. Tao asked for allergies, preferences and even if we want to try scary food. We tried fried egg with sand worm and it was nice. We often do food tours and for me it is very important to have a good selection and order of food and this was excellent here. We liked every single dish, were totally full in the end and learned a lot about Hanoi food. Thanks Thao!

We had a great tour. Tried lots of different foods and drink. We were so full. I believe 8 tasting which included the egg coffee, ice cream with sticky rice. Our guide was very helpful, good English but was soft spoken so difficult to hear at times as places were pretty busy.

Jenny was a wonderful tour guide, and felt very safe walking around the streets trying out the different things. Can’t say I liked all the foods, but I did try them all! Was a small group and we all got along well. I would highly recommend and a great was to see and know area a little better! I love Hanoi!

The street food tour was a great experience! The tour guided us around the Old Quarters for around 3 hours, stopping at 7 different vendors (always with seats which was nice) and tried 10 different dishes/drinks. All of these were great, even for a picky eater like me. We had a vegetarian in our group of eight people and they even made food specifically for her. The guide was great, spoke good English, and told us a lot of interesting and nice-to-know information about the Vietnamese food, culture in general, and some handy tips for our trip. All in all, an excellent experience where you could try food you would otherwise not had ventured out to try, great guide, and it was fun talking to the other people during the tour which were all strangers to us. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Hanoi (or Vietnam in general) to try this!
