2.00First stop was Bellagio. We never stopped in the town of como. Bus supposedly broke down and we ended up in Bellagio for 4 and 1/2 hours. We then got back on bus to lake Lugano. Bus was 1/2 hour late picking us up and we didn’t get back to Milan until 8:15. We were supposed to be back at 6.

4.00Tour guide was very informative and pointed out important sights along the way and about our destination's. Very scenic ride once at the lakes. We had plenty of time to explore on our own. If a boat tour of lake Como or Lugano had been included I would have scored 5 stars . Overall it was a very good tour and would recommend..

5.00Excellent tour. The operator and tour guide was very responsible. We were later to the tour. Both coordinated us to catch the tour in lake como. Gigi, our tour guide, picked us and escorted us to Bellagio. Very kind! Tour itself covered well in Lake Como, Bellagio, and Lugano. They are all so beautiful. Definitely worth a day trip!
