Attention, water lovers! The park is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and has more than 50 attractions. At Xel-Há natural paradise located along the Riviera Maya, you can have an amazing jungle adventure, as you explore a lagoon, cenotes, caves and a hidden beach. You can bike around the lush grounds or simply lay down in an inner tube and drift along the river. And if you love snorkelling, you're in for a treat, because gear is included, with mask, fins and flotation vest. Relax on comfy lounge chairs or take a nap in a hammock. Lockers, restrooms, changing rooms, showers and a towel are available for use. This park is the perfect place for families to create unforgettable memories. You'll get unlimited ice, soft drinks and mineral water to keep you cool! and if it's your birthday, we've got a special surprise just for you!

Xel-Ha Park by Xcaret
Xel-Ha is considered the world’s largest natural aquarium, the park offers snorkeling among hundreds of tropical fish and more than 90 marine species that inhabit the creek. Enjoy the best marine and land activities; in Xel-Ha’s park you can enjoy lagoons, cenotes and caves, where seawater mixes with the fresh water of the world’s longest underground river system. 5.00It is a water park and salt water lagoon recreation area. Snorkeling and high tower water slide are the best. Free food and drinks all over the park are included. Many other for extra pay activities like swimming with dolphins and speed boat ride.
TLDR: I wouldn’t do this ever again and certainly my NOT through Terramar Experiencias

3.00First off, we were told “there is breakfast at the park” and you’ll be picked up at 7:30 from your lobby. Problems started right away. Our transportation was 20 minutes late to pick us up, then stopped at 3 other locations before dropping us all off at a run down (presumably retired) shopping center where we could use a busted bathroom and find our next bus/driver. The second bus took over 3 hours to drive us 105 km (Google says it’s a 90 minute trip) because they stopped 4 additional times to pick up others on the side of the roadway. We didn’t get to the park until after 11am and by the time we were given bracelets and told “which way to walk”…. We missed breakfast. No one in the park is helpful. No one offers assistance and no one offers guidance. The locker areas are scattered around the park, choose wisely or you’ll walk a ways to get to your locker. The “lifeguards” are less guards and more just staff in red shirts. We asked for help from two people, neither were very friendly. The service staff in the international buffet were the best interactions we had all day. Drinks are either not actually alcoholic or it’s the weakest alcohol I’ve ever had in my life. They offer 1 beer option, modelo. The included food/drink package is a joke. They are definitely NOT charging people who do not have the package so I’d genuinely recommend just NOT paying for it. The snorkeling is below average. We saw just as many diverse fauna off the shores of our resort and that snorkeling is free.

5.00Prepare to swim! Tons to see and do. Need the whole day for it. Food is great and its worth getting wet and seeing all kinds of fish and wildlife. Slides are fun and I recommend getting the photo package. Tons for it and you get photos you dont want to miss. 2nd time going for just how awesome it is!

5.00We always take the Xelha tour when we visit Cancun. It’s an all day experience with buffet and drinks included. There’s something for everyone whether you want to be lazy and relax or want more of adrenaline adventure.

4.00This place is amazing! Pros: wonderful, set up, easy to get around, lots of fun experiences, many helpful guides. Con: Wicho, the Light, Experience, and we’re unaware that we could not buy any food other than cookies and chips in the store. No taco stands, no hot Dogs, no ice cream, only drinks. We ended up upgrading because we were hungry. Also, I had trouble locating departure time from our hotel and we did not realize that we would not get back until seven P.M. All in all, it was a wonderful day! I would do it again, and encourage others, especially those with families.

5.00It's an admirable park. It is well maintained and full of activities. Hours are few and far between with so many activities. I recommend canceling the service complete with photographs. You won't regret it!
