5.00I went on this excursion with my wife and we both had a blast. The tour guide Thomas was excellent!! He’s very knowledgeable about Tulum and the history of Mexico so we learned a lot. First stop was the Tulum ruins which was a lot of walking (wear comfortable shoes) and lots of people in the area of the ruins. Second stop was going to Akumal beach to swim with the turtles. This was so much fun and a great experience! The snorkeling gear was sanitized and the life jackets were awesome. The turtles were hiding at the bottom of the ocean but we got to see them still. Third stop was my favorite, the cenote! It was magical in there and with Thomas leading us it was so much fun. There are little baby bats inside so be on the lookout for them! This whole excursion was excellent and I recommend this to everyone. Btw the driver Manuel was also very helpful. Loved this trip!

5.00It was amazing! Sergio was awesome tour guide and Angel is an awesome photographer. You don’t need to worry about having a phone or camera for snorkeling or Cenote. Wonderful Surpise was authentic lunch by Mayan family. Snorkeling was my first time and I can’t wait to do it again. Got to sea stingrays turtles and lots of fish.

5.00Wonderful day in Tulum! The group was great and thanks to Carlos our guide, thanks to him I was lost my phobia of sea snorkeling ahahah <3! Thanks to Lilu the photographer for our beautiful photos!! And thanks to Sergio for driving us and offering snacks between activities!!

5.00Diego, Jessi, and Paolino were absolutely amazing! Diego and Jessi were super knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions about the wildlife and about Mayan history. Paolino was an excellent driver and navigated difficult roads and trails easily. 10/10 would book another tour.

5.00Great full day trip of fun, new adventures. Knowledgeable guide who loved teaching about the history and culture, along with the animals and sea life. It’s it lots of walking in the heat and you should be comfortable snorkeling and or swimming in the ocean to go on this one, as it’s a little adventurous compared to others I’ve done - but the absolute best snorkeling with lots of turtles and other sea creatures.

4.00Great excursions, great guides, great snacks. Food at cenote not so good and having to wait around an additional 1/2 hour for the hard sell on the expensive photo package they took on the tour was a downer to end the experience. I am sure the rest of the group felt the same as no photo packages were purchased.
Never book with Viator.

1.00I booked a tour for balandra Bay in La Paz Mexico and I was told I would be picked up at the ship. I was told there would be somebody there with the sign that says Viator I was told repeatedly in fact three times when I wanted to be very very sure that what this young woman was telling me I paid her and nobody's here to pick me up I spent thousands of dollars to get to the Mexico on a cruise so I could snorkel balandra Bay and nobody came. Never use Viator
