Overall we had a great experience. Wish we were able to get closer to the Mayan temple of tulum though. But snorkeling experience was great, got some excellent shots of the sea turtles. Professional photos were worth the costs. The trip took longer than we anticipated. But definitely a must see when traveling to Cancun area.
Bad pickup information and rushed!

The ticket information stated that the experience was from 6am to 5pm. No other email or follow up, regarding pick up time. I woke my family at 5am and as it turned out pick up wasn’t until 7:55. Then we drove around picking up other passengers. When we arrived at Tulum, our guide didn’t let the park’s guide talk to us about the plants, he had him rush us through the entire area. The park guide seemed to move and speak super fast and when his 30 minutes were up our guide said “okay you have 15 minutes to be on your own. Feeling so rushed, we had to speak with our guide (Raul), and he gave us additional time to see the entire park not just the area closest to the pick up area. After that initial speed through marathon, the entire balance of the experience slowed and it became more enjoyable. I would recommend the experience with a warning to please call until you get an answer and get your pick up time squared away. And secondly, to speak up if you feel rushed!

Amazing experience overall. Our guide, Alma, was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire day. The ruins were amazing, we got to see multiple sea turtles and stingrays while snorkeling, and the cenote was beautiful. Lunch was great as well. Would highly recommend for a full day experience.

We highly recommend this company and the activity (guides, support staff, food, snacks, vehicle). Our guide Alma was very knowledgeable and passionate. I most appreciated that the tour company & staff were respectful and conscious of both nature and the culture.
