5.0010/10 would recommend! We were on the fence on any full day excursions traveling with 2 kiddos (10 & 7) and our guide Marina couldn’t have been any better! She even offered our littlest a few extra snacks to keep him going. We loved the size of the group (11 people) and Marina did a phenomenal job bouncing between English for half of us and Russian. Beautiful day, the ruins are worth a visit for sure although it can get hot! Bring sunglasses & a hat and make sure you put plenty of sunscreen on before the day starts. We saw no less than 5 huge sea turtles that came right up. The photos were worth the cost in my opinion - we’ll probably use one on our holiday card this year! The highlight was the cenote! Gorgeous underwater world - even saw some fruit bats up close enjoying a snooze. It’s was a Full but Amazing day. So glad we got off the resort to explore!!

1.00Never showed to pick us up after 30 minutes of waiting, several calls & emails & refuse to refund my payment! I even asked to just reschedule us with no response except refusing to give my money back.

5.00Rafa was an awesome tour guide. We had so much fun and loved every bit of the excursion. We were staying at the very northernmost part of the hotel zone, so we were the first ones picked up and the last ones dropped off (12.5 hours from beginning to end). This is just to let other travelers know what to expect for time. There is nothing the tour company could have done to prevent this. Our driver (can’t remember his name 😬) was also our DJ and he did a great job!!

5.00Sergio was a wonderful guide! His passion for Tulum’s history was engaging. The snorkel experience was the best I’ve had- we saw fish, turtles and sting rays. The cenote was a very new experience that he made so fun and interesting! Lunch was authentic and very flavorful!!

5.00What an absolutely amazing experience. While the pick up is early, it’s worth it for the full day. They get you in an air-conditioned van grab the rest of the guests and then rescue you off to Tulum ruins. You get there early before all the crowds and get to see everything and take all the most amazing photos. From there you head to Akumal. The ride is 20 minutes up the road and you absolutely will see sea turtles! We had the pleasure of encountering four green sea turtles and being able to come within a few feet of them to get amazing photos was wonderful. The ocean temperature was fantastic and the water was clear. Following that we hopped back in the van for another 20 minute drive to a cenote the water was crystal clear cool and refreshing the bats hanging overhead and all of the beautiful slag tights and stalagmites made this seem unreal. I would absolutely do this tour again. Memo and Sofia made the day fun and memorable. Nothing felt pushy or rushed, and we were laughing the whole time. Sophia‘s photo package is absolutely worth every penny and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Absolutely pack a change of clothes and be prepared to purchase a sun swim shirt as you cannot wear sunscreen in the water with the turtles highly recommend 10 out of 10.
