You can chose to attend a morning or afternoon cooking class. There are 9 dishes suggested by our chef which are available for cooking class. Cooking Class (3 hours and 3 dishes) & bonus 1 Egg Coffee ITINERARY: - 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM will be met at our restaurant (54 Hang Buom Street). - Chose the food suggested by our Chef (there are 9 dishes) then go to wet local market nearby to get fresh ingredients for the class and learn about Vietnamese food you are going to cook for 1 hour. - 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM be back to restaurant for preparing and cooking for 2 hours. - 12:00 PM or 5:30 PM enjoy your lunchtime or dinnertime with us after your cooking!

5.00Daisy was amazing and took us shopping in the market - not for the faint hearted but an excellent experience. She translated for the chef and also helped us as well S we prepared our 3 dishes. Daisy took photos and shared the recipes with us. The Egg Coffee at that restaraunt (Hoang’s ?) was the BEST we’ve had. Our foods was DELICIOUS too! Excellent experience.

5.00Absolutely my best day in Hanoi. I very much enjoyed going to the market with Kitty, what an amazing experience from,l fresh fruits, veggies, livestock, spices, house hold items. We stopped along the way for traditional bfast and snack. Kitty was very knowledgeable and kept answering all our questions. After grabbing fresh produce, we took part in cooking the meals that we chose from a listing that morning. We then ate the prepared food and treated to coconut coofee afterwards. A def must do as Kitty provides tips on where to buy local snacks or anything you need.
