An unbelievable experience. We set out early, not really knowing what to expect, other than lots of steps, tunnels and bad light. The truth is so different. We were inside one of the greatest man made structures on earth. 40 chapels (we saw three), hundreds of kms of tunnels (we walked 3.5) and some of the most amazing hand carved statues, plaques and pictures we've ever seen. The main chapel, constructed entirely from salt is breathtaking. Nothing like it exists elsewhere. Our guide, Isabella was charming, funny and expertly guided us through every step of the experience. One off the bucket list

Excellent trip, host picked us up on time from the hotel and was very informative on the way. Stayed with us until we went through the gates at the salt mines
Visit to a wonderful space. It's very worth it. We went with a guide in Spanish. The group should be smaller.

What can I say it was a fantastic day out. Our driver Olaf (not the snowman lol) was brilliant. We were picked up from our hotel and we were the only couple. He gave us a wee history lesson en-route and let us know what to expect. The salt mines were amazing and the tour guide was very informative. Lots of walking and stairs to go down btw. Our driver Olaf picked us up when it finished and offered to take us anywhere in krakow if we didn’t want to go back to the hotel. On the whole it was a great day out, well worth it.
