After the sun goes down you can experience the unique nightime adventure in the All-Inclusive park — Xplor Fuego —. When the stars come out, the jungle comes alive with the nighttime adventures that highlight the Riviera Maya natural beauty.
You’ll get your adrenaline shot while you are rafting, swimming in a red-lit underground river, driving an ATV, falling in the highest and longest zip-lines in Riviera Maya and also you can swim through underground caves. It’s an all-encompassing outdoor adventure that is the perfect way to enjoy in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or The Riviera Maya.
In this attraction the transportation is included. Enjoy the delicious all you can eat buffet which is also included too.

Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent
Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.

Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
Children from 0 to 4 years are free. From 5 to 11 years pay the child price. 12 years and over, pay the adult rate.
All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
People with food allergies must ask to the staff about the ingredients of the food
In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.

1.00I’m really disappointed with how my Xplor Fuego reservation was handled. My reservation showed 5:30 AM, which obviously seemed like a typo, so I assumed the pickup was in the evening. Nobody contacted me at all when the shuttle arrived—no call, no text, no email. Because of the lack of communication and the confusing pickup time listed on my reservation, I ended up completely missing the included transportation and had to pay an extra $100 out of pocket to get to the park. I still went and paid additional money just to make it on time, but this should not have happened. Better clarity and communication would have prevented this. Very frustrating experience.
Fuego is OK. Day trip is better.

3.00We have been 4 times to xplor. 3 times during the day and 1 for fuego. The day trip was much better. Many attractions are closed for fuego and there's not near as much fire light as they make it seem. Also if your 6'4 or over 260lbs. You will not be able to partake in some of the zip line, as well as you will have a hard time finding riders to ride the water slide with as there is a weight limit for 4 riders.
A fantastic experience - recommend going in the evening.

5.00The zip lines are so much fun, the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet was hug with lots of options even for e as a vegetarian. There is so much to do and to eat.

5.00Definitely worth the money. Easy transport. The water slide and the underground water walk was our favourite. Bring water shoes or buy some from the gift shop (£40) as most activities it’s mandatory to wear them.

5.00This was so much fun and the buffet was really good. Be warned though, there is incredible amount of walking. The snack station was amazing too. Im sure this is fun in the day but the night was just amazing. I was having trouble with my belts before the zip lining but they were so good caring for me and making sure I was secure. The underground areas are very wet and kinda misty. You cannot avoid these areas at all but theyre still very cool to go through. Lots of photo ops, get the photo package, especially if youre solo! Cant wait to go back here!

5.00Round trip transportation was great and well organized. The park was awesome just be prepared to do ALOT of walking. Pick up was at 3pm got to the park around 5pm (had to pick up other ppl) then left the park at 11:30pm.

5.00This place is so good we had such a good time a we went at night and it was a blast if you go to Mexico you have to try this place out The zip lines wore amazing had a really good time and the Walter vip lines to which I had never done was a right laugh The Walter slide was wicked had a few goes in that the swimming in underground caves was really cool experience something I had never done And driving the atvs through the jungle at night was so cool with fire going all through the jungle crossing bridges was a blast I really recommend this place with your friends of family The buffet was so good all types of food to cater all food likes from burgers to pizzas to chicken pasta the lot really good time and experience
