5.00Wow - we can’t say enough good things about our driver Lee - he was just so great and beyond expectation in every way. He tailored the ride to what we wanted to see and even took us across the Brooklyn Bridge, which we were not expecting but were thrilled when it happened! Lee was a wealth of information about New York City and its history. He tailored the tour to our interests and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see. It’s no exaggeration to say that this tour checked off several bucket list items for both myself and my wife. Many, many THANKS to Lee and the team at Nowadays Tours!!!!

1.00Absolutely appalling service. Not only did the driver fail to show up, but I wasted time and money getting to the meetup point. Despite multiple calls to find out where the driver was, the operator seemed incompetent, unapologetic, and downright rude, even hanging up on me. To top it off, I received no email about the cancellation, leaving me stranded in the cold. This level of mismanagement and disgusting behavior is utterly unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

1.00Our ride never showed up. We were told they were running about 10 minutes late. 30 minutes after scheduled start time we called and told them to forget it as we would now be late for our evening event.
