1.00Unfriendly staff. Ended up paying more for another day as the ticket machine was down at the end of the first day so weren’t given a printed copy for the following day. Queues / waiting time was ridiculous for uptown, even a conductor got out to video the queue, I guess to feedback. We were told to get off the downtown when we we weren’t at our stop and were told it wasn’t a long walk to Times Square, very disappointed with it all ☹️

4.00Bought the two day hop on hop off pass. The first day was pretty good on the red route. Was able to jump on and off of busses pretty easily until the end of the day. The next day we chose to go the blue route and after waiting for an hour we are in a cab while others are still waiting. Be flexible and patient. You may have to wait in line at times.

3.00Booked day of when I accidentally booked the wrong days. Immediately tried to correct it and was told too bad. Basically throw $160 in the street.
