5.00Busses came on time and we never waited long. Drivers were good and friendly. Only one driver was heavy on the brakes a few times! Loved hearing about the history of NYC!

2.00The audio simply does not work. We tried numerous seats and didn't find a receptacle that worked until about 5 minutes before the end of the tour.

2.00Not much more than bus ride through the city. The audio was one stop behind. For example we were several blocks past Wall Street before the audio was talking about Wall Street. You could not tell what you were looking at because the audio didn't talk about it until you were well past the point of interest. I've done hop on hop off bus tours before. The coordination of audio and location make a difference.
