  We’re told things that were not what the trip covered. We were headed for the free ferry around the Statue of Liberty and waylaid by these over the top salesman. Told we would get out at the Statue of Liberty and given opportunity to walk around it plus the island where the immigrants were brought to and then could be dropped off at Times Square. It was a hour and half boat ride with no seats where it was warm. Unorganized getting on and getting off. If you ride the subway red 1 to the south port don’t let these people talk you into a $ 39 trip. Said it was a free ride to the boat but a long walk to this free boat in the cold escorted by someone who wanted a tip at the end. Horrible experience. The free ride to Times Square was another long walk and getting there about the time they decide to take a break while we stand in the cold for 20 minutes. Rude people.

  We arrived 2:00 PM (30 mins before schedule) there was no boat. Other persons were also waiting. We asked the security guard and he told us that there has been no boats before. Please do not book, you will loose your money like us.

  My party and I came from out of town to experience the tour and arrived at the pier 36 at 2:10 pm and there were a few people waiting for the 2:30 pm tour with us at the back of pier 36. There was no sign , no staff , no boat . We asked security at the booth about the tour but was told that there has not been any tour since yesterday. At 2:42 pm , and no sign of staff or boat as security had notified us . I had not received a cancellation notification . I submitted a request for a full refund and am waiting on this getting resolved . Hopefully I can get my full refund .

  A scam, no pot arrived and we asked for refund but no one answers e-mail or messages, we arrived at the appointed place and there was no one or nothing and they give no answer

  Lung story short we paid for the trip and was told after the tickets were provided that type was not going to be until the next day. Totally unsat..I think it's scam don't do it

  I booked online, but when I went to take the boat, the crew did not let me enter the boat. They said that they do not work with this company anymore and offered to buy another ticket through them. Contacted Viator, explained the situation. Still no refund.

  The boat never showed up no warning or heads up that the boat wasn’t coming. It was a scam and I was so excited to see the statue but it’s just a waste of time

  We did the 60-minute Statue of Liberty sightseeing tour and it was a great option if you’re short on time but still want those iconic NYC views. The boat ride itself was smooth and relaxing, and once you’re out on the water, the skyline, Brooklyn Bridge, and Lady Liberty all look incredible. The highlight was definitely cruising close enough to the Statue of Liberty to get clear photos without the hassle of disembarking or long security lines. The narration was informative but not overwhelming—just enough history and fun facts to keep things interesting while you enjoy the scenery. The boat wasn’t overcrowded, and there was plenty of space on deck to move around and take pictures. It’s a solid choice for families, first-time visitors, or anyone who wants a stress-free sightseeing experience without committing half the day. If you’re planning ahead, I noticed tickets and sightseeing options are easy to find through saverseats.store, which made comparing times and availability pretty convenient.   Was a very nice experience, all the personal was excellent all the time, we have the opportunity to see the liberty statue very close and admire the whole process
