1.00Tour host, Jose had his own agenda~ obnoxious, MAGA (several offensive comments) referenced “illegals” and “we should do the Trump dance.” He did not point out highlights as typical other tours do going into stories not related to what we were seeing. The volume was 100 + decibels (according to my Apple Watch) and it was impossible to sit inside comfortably. The music was terrible. He talked non stop about nothing.
You probably won’t get on this ride with these tickets!

1.00We arrived on time and were told that the operator wouldn’t honor our reservation from Viator and I could *maybe* come back for a trip the next day. I was only in NYC for one day. I messaged Viator via WhatsApp and was told I had to wait 72 hours for a refund to be maybe issued. I am not happy in the slightest and would not recommend purchasing this excursion. FYI - there were at least 20 similar groups left stranded at the dock with similar tickets that were not honored.

4.00The tour guide was very knowledgeable. When I booked the tour it said start time was 8pm. I got a text at 5pm that it started at 6pm. Tour people said 8pm was wrong.

4.00Ask where to line up at! Don’t just assume! We sat inside until it was time to line up for the ride. The inside area is for all of the boats.
