5.00Compared to other vessels at the dock, this one looked the best, cleaner and newer. Very well organized, great views of the city and Ms. Liberty. You need to sit on top for the best view. This cost an extra $20 for VIP seating, $60 in total. 90 mins was the perfect length.

1.00I mistakenly picked Friday instead of Saturday when booking, and called the operator within 3 minutes of my booking when I realised this error. I called and they asked me to pay $18 to move my booking till the next day. Please note that this moving fee is 75% of the cost of the ticket and I needed to confirm from my friend as we had two tickets. I called their customer care back several times, they either didn't pick or stayed silent on the link. Very terrible and exploitative experience. It was my first time in New York and it left a terrible taste in my mouth about this city

5.00We took a lovely 90 min boat tour around Manhattan and the surrounding area. Molly our tour guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out and explained all of the attractions. The boat was fairly large and comfortable and offered many vantage points to take beautiful photos. I would definitely recommend it.

5.00The experience was terrific, and an excellent value. The views were beautiful, especially at sunset, and our guide was a natural entertainer. It was a very fun and light atmosphere, yet also very informative.

1.00Tour host, Jose had his own agenda~ obnoxious, MAGA (several offensive comments) referenced “illegals” and “we should do the Trump dance.” He did not point out highlights as typical other tours do going into stories not related to what we were seeing. The volume was 100 + decibels (according to my Apple Watch) and it was impossible to sit inside comfortably. The music was terrible. He talked non stop about nothing.

1.00We bought tickets to this experience about 4 hours before it started. We showed up on time and were told by the boat operators that because we booked through a third party (trip advisor/viator) we would be on a waiting list to see if people they had sold tickets to directly did not show. The boat sailed away and we were told nothing. When I asked about a refund, they told me I needed to contact the host (Attractions4Us) to request one. I am still waiting on a refund. The experience could be fine, but I would not recommend booking through Tripadvisor and instead going directly to the pier and just getting a ticket there.
