It was eye opening to learn about everything there. There wasn’t enough time to really immerse in all the knowledge

Make enough time. There is a lot to see so you should plan on at least three hours so you can see and enjoy the museum.

Visiting the American Museum of Natural History in New York is truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by incredible exhibits that bring science, history, and nature to life. The dinosaur fossils are breathtaking — especially the massive T-Rex and the towering Titanosaur that seem to guard the halls with prehistoric pride.

So much to see, we started with the Night at the Museum sights and then expanded from there, felt reminiscent of the Smithsonian - you could definitely spend more than one day. We had a teenager and 2 elementary school aged kids with us, everyone loved it.

Worth a visit, it is interesting. Especially the dinosaur part, especially for kids. The advice is not to go too late, because then you risk making the visit in a hurry and if you want to shop at the store do not reduce yourself to the last minute, because they are punctual in closing!!

I had been wanting to visit this museum for many years and it certainly didnt disappoint We had a personnel guide as one of us is registered blind His name was Sasha He walked us through the museum at our pace and explained about the displays very clearly We were then free to revisit any of the exhibits we wished to We arrived at 10.30 and left about 3.30 and really that was not enough time We would love to visit the the museum again when next in New York A big thank you to Sasha for being our guide

Incredibly beautiful museum, where you can entertain yourself for a whole day. We particularly loved the sections about the oceans, African and North American mammals. Also floor 4 with the skeletons of the prehistoric animals was fascinating. As far as we are concerned, this museum is a must when you are in New York!!!!

The Museum of Natural History is is an excellent museum to visit. Enjoyed my time there very much. You could easily spend the whole day there and not be bored! Highly recommend visiting the museum if you are in New York City. It’s easy to get to and is on Central Park West.

We visited after wanting to for yes and was not disappointed. You can spend the full day here and still not see everything. We went to the Milkyway exhibition, which was fantastic and well worth the extra cost.
