1.00We flew in from NYC for this match. Viator advertised this match as being held on Saturday Oct 26. When the tickets arrived, the match was actually on Sunday Oct 27, in the middle of our flights home. Viator refused to refund our money. Awful.

1.00I recommend you avoid Viator if possible. They work with shady sub-contractors and once they have your money are absolutely no help to you. Try to deal directly with venues or tour guides instead. Poor, no make that zero, customer service/support.

5.00Was a bit worried the tickets would not be there for collection but they were and very easy to collect from the hotel. My Son and l had a great day at our first ever game seeing Arsenal win. Expensive but worth the experience.
