The Golden Giant Hand, Giant Joey, Carlos and Jeffrey are the most attractive and impressive structures in Altamira. Giant Jeffrey is guardian of Panchoy Valley, inspiring travelers to appreciate and preserve the home. It represents a kid who raises his hand towards the sky to elevate the dreams of all visitors, it has a length of 20 meters. Giant Joey is located at the bottom next to a small plane, he is the guardian of Agua, Fuego and Acatenango Volcanoes.

Your instructor will be waiting for you outside Casa de la Mandarina, a charming colonial-style coworking space with a distinctive yellow facade that’s easy to spot. Once you arrive, you’ll receive a detailed safety briefing and clear instructions on how to operate your ATV. The instructor will also provide all the necessary safety equipment to ensure you feel comfortable and confident before setting off. After everything is explained and you’re properly geared up, you’ll begin your exciting ATV adventure departing from Antigua Guatemala
El Hato
This exciting adventure begins at 9:00 AM, accompanied at all times by a professional instructor who ensures safety and provides guidance throughout the tour. Starting from the colonial center of Antigua Guatemala, we head north/northeast toward Candelaria and continue on to Santa Lucía Milpas Altas, passing through agricultural landscapes and small local communities. The journey continues through areas such as Las Cañas, where steep roads and sharp turns dominate the terrain. We then ascend to the Cerro de la Cruz, one of the most iconic viewpoints, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the city and its surrounding volcanoes. From there, the route climbs further through the village of El Hato, mostly along dirt roads with curves and inclines, until finally arriving at the Natural Park.
