3.00Technology (earphones) are out of date. Stops are not super clear, would be nice if the drivers actually spoke. Overpriced for a bus ride

5.00Efficient but not comfortable in the lower level of the bus, very hot and no AC, Late in the day numerous buses are full unable to board those at the far end of the routes. Our bus broke down on the first morning of our 1st day causing us to miss our reservation for the Statue of Liberty cruise, further delaying the remainder of that days reservations
