1.00The tour operator cancelled 45 minutes before and still has not refunded my money Do not use this tour company. We bought tickets at the Cathedral and did a self guided tour. The Cathedral is beautiful.

3.00The guide difficult to find, had no sign. Instructions to meet next to green souvenir shop that..oh…used to be green. In the end had to ask another guide where to find him, and he was late. Paid for elevator, gave us stairs tickets, had to go find him to change them. Commentary good, rooftop visit mainly scaffolding, not really worth it

5.00Our guide was wonderful in every aspect. We skipped the line and waited almost no time to get in. The tour had head phones to listen to our guide while we were going through the duomo. Wouldn’t do it any other way.

5.00A very informative tour with a guide who is willing to answer questions! Finding the meeting spot can be a bit tricky. But call the number given and you will be guided.
