5.00Shuttle arrived right on scheduled time. Never seen this before. They pull a small enclosed trailer where they put your luggage instead of cramming it in the back of the van. That was nice.

5.00This is a great carrier, that you should seriously consider. Our driver picked up passengers at three different locations, and then carefully dropped us off at the appropriate terminal at the airport.

2.00Driver was late in picking us up. We called and were told it showed we were already picked up, even though we were outside 20 minutes before our designated pick up time with no shuttle coming by.
