Once a passenger has booked a journey from Dover Cruise Port to Heathrow, We are first checking the Cruise name, disembarking dates and times to confirm the booking. We also check passenger flight number to clarify your Heathrow drop off terminal. On the day of transfer, our driver will hold passenger name board by the cruise disembarking gates. Dover has 2 terminals but we can identify the cruise terminal via your given cruise operator.

1.00After initially confirming, and excepting payment, The driver canceled at the last minute, leaving 15 of us stranded at the port. We had a two hour ride scheduled to get to Heathrow airport in order to make a flight back home. It ended up costing hundreds of dollars more to get us all there on time.

1.00After having trouble scheduling via the website, we finally were able to speak to someone who got the trip scheduled for us. Ultimately, we were also able to pay Since there is no option to pay at the time you schedule, only by email afterwards. We went to the pick up site after a nine day cruise, and there were no cars there to take us to the airport for a flight home. We had 15 adults and one child to transport. Come to find out, Viator had canceled our reservation due to no resources. They did not contact us until an hour before time to leave. They did so via email knowing that we had no service on the ship. Terrible experience that almost made us miss our flight and cost us hundreds of dollars to transport everyone to the airport. Unreliable service, poor customer service and overall poor management of resources.
