Guided by professional tour guide, it's time to start your adventurous journey at Yangmingshan National Park and Beitou!

Starting from Taipei Main Station, you'll visit the magnificent Yangmingshan National Park, admire the seasonal blooming beautiful flowers. Qingtiangang Grassland is worthy of your visit, too, then you'll see the cute buffalos on the hills while you scan through the view of Taipei.

The mystical hot springs at Lengshuikeng and the volcanic lake of Xiao You Keng are spots you can't miss out as well. Continuing to explore the culturally-rich Yangmingshan Literary House. (Yangmingshuwu)

Furthermore, you can learn about the history and culture of Taiwan's hot springs at Beitou Hot Spring Museum, Thermal Valley, and the green-building Library. Lastly, we will head to the world-renowned Shilin Night Market as the end of the trip, where you can enjoy Taiwanese cuisine and signature snacks.

We have joined TripAdvisor to various trips in different countries. Louie is a helpful and considerate tour guide. He took good care of us during our trip. We were happy to view the breathtaking landscapes and knowing the history of various places, every moment was memorable. He took photos for us at each spot. Good group and visits to various sites in Yangmingshan and Beitou. Vanness was a good guide although I wish they were a little more engaging with our group as I felt I wasn’t fully informed as to what to expect or what we are visiting.

Check the weather before you go and remember the 24-hour cancellation window. I wish that the company would have given the opportunity to reschedule when they can see that the tour will be completely rained out, but they don't; they take you anyway. It was very cold, very windy, very rainy, and very foggy. I couldn't see anything; I don't mind the cold but to be out getting wet in the wind and the rain while not being able to see any sights: why on earth would I have to pay for a tour like that? My fault I guess. So like I say just do your due diligence to check the weather and cancel in time for a refund if it looks like a bad day. It was so bad that about an hour into it I ordered an Uber and went back to my apartment. I re-booked with a different company a few days later when the forecast was good, paid a second time, and had a great experience that day.

George is a very kind and patient guide. He answered all my many questions about many different topics. He is a great driver. I wish we had gone to less destinations. The park film wasn't worth watching. Stop and meditate at the pond it's so peaceful.

We didn’t have a tour guide, only a dedicated driver that did little to engage or interact with our group. The flower clock wasn’t “in bloom” since October isn’t the growing season. We waited for over an hour in line just to park at Yangmingshan Park only to see 2 water buffalo from a distance. In summary, a very disappointing tour!

Johnny the guide, my man, Awesome personality, always helpful and ready to answer any odd questions about Taiwan or the places that we go to. The Grassland og Yangmingshan was the highlight of the trip as the weather was fantastic and we could see Taipei into the distance. And you will be visiting a small hot spring to rest your weary feet. The Beitou hot springs gives you the idea what area was used for during the japans 50 year reign over taiwan. Johnnys car is moderen and comfortable for the long journey ahead also, there shall be provided one bottle of water during the trip. At around noon Johnny will take you to a place to eat where you must remember to take cash as the place does not use credit cards. Please you enjoy your tour with Johnny Wangs as your guide.
