5.00You will be picked up by the very nice guide, a local tea farmer, at the train station by car and taken to the location (about 10 minutes). There you will be told all about growing and harvesting Japanese tea with a focus on matcha for over 90 minutes and shown with the help of videos of your own tea plantation. This is accompanied by numerous matcha tastings and explanation of tea etiquette. You grind matcha leaves into powder yourself and it is explained hands-on how the powder is then whipped into the drink. Questions will be answered very carefully. Furthermore, the host gives his bartender skills the best and entertains his guests again. After countless matchas and 90 minutes the event ends and you are driven back to the train station. A really great offer that you absolutely must have experienced!
