5.00Lovely friendly service was shown to a booth very comfortable was given a set menu and we picked what we wanted wasnt much choice on starters but main was nice and only chocolate cake offered for dessert on the dimand menu

1.00This was a horrible experience. I would NOT recommend to anyone traveling to London for the first time. The receptionist and the manager on the first level were not helpful nor friendly. They made us wait forever and acted as if they couldn’t find the reservation. I provided the reservation information and number, the booking information and number, and the barcode for them to scan. Because of this we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. The experience was ruined. We all decided not to purchase anything from the gift shop or extra beverages or desserts.
