Learn how to make and cook pizza in an old wood oven, but also hand-made pasta. Learn while having fun is mandatory.

Realx yourself with a typical long countryside lunch tasting six different kinds of wine from cortecorbo winery. You will also discover the Taurasi docg, the wine-diamond of the south: a red wine that is also suitable for very long aging in the bottle of 30 or 40 years.

-Guided tour of the Cortecorbo vineyards: sensorial and historical immersion in order to discover the ancient origins of Irpinian wines, of Taurasi docg (the most important red wine in the south of Italy) and the story of Cortecorbo family. -Guided tour of Cantina: discover how wine is made through the words of a real wine-maker in a suggestive atmosphere. You can also taste the various wine harvests in order to understand the effects of different wood barrels aging. - Cooking class: learn how to make pizza and "Maccaronara" (typical irpinian hand-made pasta). Having fun you can learn the ancient art of hand-made pasta and pizza. Pizza will be cooked in a wood oven in order to taste the result of the cooking class. - Wine tasting and countryside lunch: The most important irpinian wines from Cortecorbo winery will be tasted during the lunch: Three red wines (Taurasi docg 2016, Aglianico doc 2017, Campi Taurasini doc 2016). Three White wines (Fiano di Avellino docg 2020, Greco di Tufo docg 2020, Coda di volpe doc 2019). Food: hand-made pizza / two different types of hand-made pasta/ local cheese and salumi/ local meat/ dessert. - Daily roundtrip from Napoli to Montemarano.

Awesome event! Antonio and family were wonderful and so welcoming. The food and the wines were delicious. Well worth the time for an authentic Italian experience at a family vineyard and winery.
We made pizza, learned about pasta shapes, ate charcuterie, tasted wine, and ate a whole Southern Italian lunch.

This was such a good experience, I truly can’t say enough positive things about Antonia and CorteCorbo. We had a wonderful day with so much food and wine. I did this tour with my friends on my birthday and it was honestly the best birthday a girl could ask for. I will visit any and every time I’m in the area!! The atmosphere was very intimate and Antonia made us feel like family. You need to do this tour!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life. Antonia, Francesco and the whole family were an absolute joy to be around! Visiting Cortecorbo was a truly wonderful, authentic experience. We booked for the tasting and lunch, Antonia and son Frederico were incredibly engaging. In particular, Antonia’s home cooking was superb. We were lucky to be the only visitors at that time, which allowed us to get a great personalised appreciation of the region and Cortecorbo’s specialty family wines (highly recommend the Fiano). Was a little remote to reach, but well worth the effort. Highly recommended.
If you want that authentic Italian experience, this is it!

You start off rolling through the hills and come across the unsuspecting and beautiful home of Antonia’s parents (Antonio’s grandparents) and are immediately welcomed as family! Antonio makes his grandfather proud keeping the vineyards alive and shares it with the world as if shaking his hand is the only blessing he needs from his grandfather to be considered family. You take a tour of the vineyards, Antonio teaches you all about the different grapes and processes they use to create their various wines, Antonia teaches you how to cook like an Italian mother (and it’s amazing by the way), they treat you to some appetizers and get to know you, and then serve you the delicious food you prepared. Truly an unforgettable experience and I will be returning time and time again to see my new family. If you want an authentic Italian family lunch, wine, and experience, please come see Antonia and Antonio and become part of the family!!!! Can’t wait to see you there!

This was probably my best experience in Italy. The family is so wonderful and the food and wine were amazing ! 🤌🏻 if you are looking for an incredible experience you MUST visit this place!
