Firstly the booking page was not very clear and I hadn’t realised I had only booked one way. The coach arrived on time and the driver had our details although your instructions said to present a printed ticket which was impossible when you book on a phone. The journey was comfortable and I probably won’t use that trip again . I would use the bus company though if I return to Poland.
