Our guide, Oto, was both knowledgeable and was fantastic with flowing with changes to the tour as things came up that spoke to our specific interests. ❤️ A couple years ago I spent 21 days in meditation on Mt Kurama. This year I led a group of my students on pilgrimage with 3 days on Mt. Kurama. Even though I've had a lot of experience here, Oto was able to help deepen the connection and give confirmation about several questions I had. His knowledge of Japanese and English really helped as I wanted help from someone who could interpret the Kanji in special areas on the mountain and he helped tremendously as an interpreter for someone special we met on the mountain. It's so beautiful when things work out exactly as they are supposed too! I may end up doing the tour again on a future trip!!

5.00My husband and I enjoyed a most magical day taking the Journey up sacred Mt Kurama along with our lovely knowledgeable guide Kaito :) Being in the presence of the divine mountain ..energy of ancient temples , cedars , sacred sites the whole way … A truly powerful humbling spiritual pilgrimage 🌀🙏💟
