Milan is not only design, fashion and night-life. Milan is known also for music. Right in the heart of the city, only few steps from the Cathedral and Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, there is the temple of the music: La Scala Theatre and its Museum.

During the years many musicians left their precious contribution. Do you know Giuseppe Verdi, Gioachino Rossini, Luciano Pavarotti and Maria Callas? They are only few names, but many more passed by this place.

Nowadays, La Scala Theatre Museum preserves the most important collection of set designs, musical instruments and costumes used for the greatest performances.

Follow this 1.5-hour experience with your monolingual guide and you are going to admire this magical place.

This was an absolutely fabulous experience. Our guide Giorgio was brilliant. He arrived promptly and his knowledge of the La Scala and the building was excellent. We were very lucky to be able to watch and listen to rehearsals for the next Opera and we also had time to see the theatre and take photos. Giorgio told us so very interesting facts and took time to answer our questions. An amazing guide! 5 stars for sure. You learn so much more by having a guide.

We had a difficult time finding our tour guide Carlo, but he waited for us and integrated us into your group still. It was a very stressful day of traveling and Carlo helped to make it a little better!

Missed seeing La Scala first trip to Milan so this was a must Waaaaaay beyond my expectations! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and very fun Had no idea the museum was so extensive - everything I hope for any event more - we were able to sit in one of the boxes and enjoy part of a rehearsal - singers and full orchestra

We were only 4 people, guide included! What a pleasure to be able to live in small committee this private tour as if it were a friend who shows you around his home. I recommend 200% for both the initiated and the uninitiated between the ages of 7 and 77. You'll just want to come and see an opera.

We had an excellent tour with Nina, who provided us with lots of fascinating facts about the history of the theatre. The museum was also very interesting with memorabilia, statues and paintings of many famous composers and singers.

We took the private tour. Our guide was so knowledgeable and imparted incredible information. I loved seeing the beauty of the Opera House, its history and artifacts.
