5.00This tour was very worth the time and money. Maria was our guide and was very knowledgeable of every site we visited and she gave us recommendations at each site. There was plenty of time to enjoy exploring, visiting a botanical garden, shop and eat, as well as sample local delicacies. Our weather was simply perfect too! Highly recommend.

1.00It’s a shame that the bus ride was terrible. If not for the bus driver who couldn’t keep his eyes open the entire way to Bellagio, the trip would have been terrific. I notified the tour guide who completely disregarded my concerns for my family and the rest of the passengers. He must have been informed by her because he seemed better on the way to Lugano. Maybe the soda he had was good for him. Yet, the ride from Lugano back to Milan was terrifying once again!! THIS IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN! Worst experience ever on a tour bus!!!

5.00There are some hills & steps. Also there is a short ferry ride. We were given plenty of free time to roam around and eat,.

1.00The guide was late in the morning. The guide did not seem very interested, wasn’t ver good. The guide did not even went out of the bus before us to say goodbye.
