  The only drawback to visiting on your own is that most of the big 4 rides don't allow you to go on them solo (presumably for safety reasons) so you have to wait to join a small group. You can get directly to the park from Georgetown for only 4MYR by taking bus 101. This takes longer than going by Grab but you see more on the way there and save money. Its best to buy your ticket in advance (which may then be cheaper than buying on the day). I rented a locker (17 MYR) which was very useful. The changing rooms were clean. I was not impressed by the catering as hot food options seemed to consist of chicken and chips. I waited 10 minutes to order a drink only to find that most of the drinks on the list were unavailable. Some of the staff seemed to not understand English which was frustrating. Nevertheless I did enjoy my visit as after all there is nowhere else that you can experience 4 Guinness book of record rides. I deliberately went early on a weekday rather than at the weekend as I thought it would be quieter which it was although queues had built up by mid afternoon for the big rides. The ski lift ride up the hill was nice as it was by the side of the forest and you could hear bird sounds. I would recommend using a high SPF cream and possibly, to be on the safe side, mosquito repellent (just in case).

  Urge you to skip this Indian restaurant. I tend to write positive reviews but to save fellow travels the experience, skip this Indian food restaurant. The food was terrible and the service was worse. In the foodie capital of Penang, try other Indian food restaurants so you have both good food and a good experience.

  The staff at Escape are all friendly, especially the staff named Liana. She is with us from morning to evening, she does many interesting activities. We all enjoy coming to Escape Penang, the customer service provided by Liana is very good.

  it was a great experience and enjoyable! mr Ali assist us through the activity and we really happy because he really a kind-hearted person! hopefully can go again next time! totally worth every penny!!!

  Was a fantastic day out , our 7yo daughter felt safe and had fun on all the water and zip rides. Diving contest was fun for adults and all spectators who had a great laugh too.

  Very fun and exciting!. Highly recommended for a water park. Suitable for children and a lot of activities for team building, families, kids. My favorite will be the water park. The longest slide must be tried.

  I really loved my experience at Aerobat with the staff, Zahid and Alam. They are both excellent coaches, and I truly appreciated their dedication in teaching me how to trapeze. They were very supportive, patient, and encouraging, always taking the time to ensure I felt confident in each step of the activity. Their guidance and positive attitude made all the difference, and I never felt rushed or discouraged. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and belief in my abilities. • GLORY at ESCAPE

  We as a group have had a great experience at Escape Penang. We stayed at Base Camp 2D1N. We enjoyed every moment spent at Escape and at the camp. We were welcomed with big smiles and we were accommodated with a tent to store our belongings which was convenient for us as a group. There were Escape team members at every station helping us with information and they were very helpful with our enquiries and they were trying to accommodate our requests. Special mention to Encik Man, Roshan and Zahid who welcomed us to the Base Camp and they were so very efficient with setting up bonfires, barbecues and karaoke for us. They orientated us to the surroundings and offered assistance at any time. Zahid even had juggling show for our kids. The trio were very friendly until the end of their shift. It was a new experience for the children and they had a great time at the camp. Base Camp is fully equipped with filtered water, hot water, kiosk, powerpoints, games, fridge, fan and air-conditioned tent. Toilets and shower area were very clean as it's been cleaned frequently. The environment was unique compared to other amusement parks that are in the city, we felt we were close to the nature and escaped out of the busyness of the city. The rides were supervised by the staff members and there were lifeguards stationed at every water rides. The water didn't cause any irritation to our children's skin unlike other water parks and we were allowed to take our own food and drinks to the park which saved us a lot of money unlike other amusement parks. There was also a counter available to hire swimsuits which makes it easier for those who forgets their swimsuits. The only constructive criticism is there should be a warning sign at the World's Guiness Record Largest Tipping Bucket area warning us of the intensity of the downpour of the bucket ie causes backflips in the water and glasses flying in the water. Overall, we fully enjoyed our time at Escape and had an amazing experience. A big thank you to the Escape Team for their excellence and friendliness. Glory Children Care

  Thank you to super coach Zahid for teaching the trapeze to Sterling and including him in the daily show. The trapeze team was excellent and patient. We love Escape, excellent fun day out.
