Tickets and Charges: City Passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction prices may change, and tickets are non-refundable.

If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please create separate bookings. If you have more than one booking, please provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.

6. In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily.

Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.

Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.

Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.

Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

Smoking&Pet Policy: Smoking is prohibited on buses and in most hotel rooms (fines may apply-$250+). No pets allowed.

Due to the presidential inauguration on 01/20/2025, the DN3 Day1 Washington DC tour itinerary will be adjusted as follows: a. Due to the shortage of hotel resources in the area near DC during the inauguration, after the Washington DC tour, you will stay in a Harrisburg area hotel: Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg West Mechanicsburg or equivalent.
