5.00Arriving tired out from a trans-Atlantic flight, we were distressed not to be able to find or contact our driver. However, on contacting the office, they ascertained that our driver was stuck in a traffic jam and immediately located and re-assigned another driver, who had just dropped off his passengers at the same terminal, to pick us up and drive us into Manhattan. This fast and hassle-free change meant that the overall inconvenience to us was minimal, and we were very happy with the standard of service provided.
