1.00I contacted them by chat around 7pm and specifically asked for the nearest stop to hop on. The 'agent' asked me for what date I wanted to book, I told them 'today. Now'. They sent me a link to pay, I did and they sent me location to hop on and the ticket. ONLY THE BUS NEVER CAME! Adter an hour, I sent a msg via chat and no one responded for over 2 hours!
