When Booking with us, Passengers will get these additional services as well; Meet & Greet: We are offering a meet and greet service for airport pick-ups from inside the arrival halls. Flight monitoring: We monitor the flights and manage the pick-ups accordingly, in case of any delays in the flight we dispatch the drivers accordingly. Free waiting time: All the airport customers will have one free hour of waiting from the flight landing or 30 minutes free waiting from the desired pick-up time. Our Drivers are friendly and have a good command of the English language. We always keep our vehicles neat and tidy so the passengers will have a pleasant journey.

Once the passenger made a booking, we give them a call on the number provided in the booking to confirm the booking details 24 hours in advance. We track the flights and dispatch the driver according to the flight landing time. Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) inside the arrival hall at Costa Coffee Shop with the name board. From the meeting point, our driver will safely drop the passengers to the dedicated destination requested by the passengers. In case of any emergency passenger(s) can reach out to us through our emergency contacts.

1.00Our reservation was canceled and we were not refunded our payment. This company canceled our reservation because our flight was delayed and eventually canceled. They would not transfer my payment to a new reservation for the next day. We had to find a new booking for our trip.

1.00If I could Give no stars I would. Worse experience ever. Driver dropped me and my small children in an alley at the wrong location and left. I tried To explain to him it was not the right address and he refused to listen. I called the office and they were aggressive and not helpful. My kids and I sat In an ally for an hour before I was Able to get reception and call an uber. To be clear I gave him the correct location and he put in the wrong location. No empathy, no accountability. Extremely horrible way to start vacation

2.00To begin with, we received no communications prior to arrival on who, when, where and how we were to connect with our driver. After retrieving our luggage we scanned the area for our name to no avail. After 30 minutes I messaged through Viator. Another 10 minutes and we finally got a message back from Viator saying driver would arrive shortly, but still no details. Finally a phone call from the driver but very difficult to understand. We told him where we were. He asked if we could come to the third floor as he was at the car park. We took the elevator right next to us to the third floor and waited outside by the curb but no driver. Another many more minutes and several more phone calls. He finally realized we were at the terminal. He was expecting us to know that “car park” meant the garage, to know that was at a different elevator, and to walk to this garage elevator. Totally poor experience. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because he explained he was stuck in traffic and was very apologetic.

5.00Had an awesome experience with David who booked this ride within an hour of me flying into Heathrow. The communication was amazing and I felt really confident that there would be someone to pick me up. Travelling as a solo female that was really important to me. Car was good. Driver was very helpful with the a/c.
