5.00Words cannot express how wonderful our tour guide/driver, Aka, was on our day long excursion to the great sights in and around Kyoto. While we no doubt slowed him down, he was patient, kind, and extremely informed about the temples, shrines, and castles we visited. The bamboo forest was a walking meditation and Aka went out of his way to help us feel and love its magic. Five stars to Aka for making our family excursion memorable and relaxing. Definitely don’t miss this opportunity!

5.00We had the most wonderful private tour in Kyoto with Mahir, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the very beginning, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel comfortable. He is not only knowledgeable about Kyoto’s history and culture but also very patient and attentive throughout the day. Mahir took us to all the must-see places, including temples, shrines, and scenic spots, and what really impressed us was that he also introduced us to hidden gems that were quiet, peaceful, and away from the usual crowds. Starting at 8am was perfect because we were able to enjoy each location without rushing. At lunchtime, Mahir brought us to a fantastic sushi restaurant. The food was so fresh and delicious, and he made sure everything matched our dietary requirements, which we truly appreciated. The car he provided was large, clean, and extremely comfortable, making the entire journey pleasant for my family. Every detail was so well planned and organized that we never had to worry about anything. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish, and we could simply relax and enjoy our day in Kyoto. This tour was such a memorable experience for all of us, and it wouldn’t have been the same without Mahir’s guidance, kindness, and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting Kyoto—whether it’s your first time or you’ve been before, he will show you the city in a very special way.

5.00It was a good experience to see Kyoto must haves within a day. With our guide, Mr Aka, the tour was fun from the shines to the bamboo forest. We could personalize how long we wanted to stay in certain areas and take breaks when we wanted. For our first time in Kyoto, this tour was fun and interesting.

5.00The most phenomenal day of sightseeing, fun and entertainment in a beautiful part of Japan, all thanks to Nomi, our incredible guide. Knowledgeable and kind, he tailored the trip to our interests and was extremely accommodating with our hectic itinerary, allowing us to customise what was a long day of driving, walking and talking for him. We learned so much about the history and culture of the area. Nomi was very patient when we stopped for food or browsed local shops, and great with our 8yo son too. As a professional photographer, he took some of the most stunning pics, capturing all the best angles and lighting we would never have managed ourselves - tangible family memories we can now cherish forever. Thanks for an awesome day.
