The cenote the group will be diving is chosen according to the experience, level of diving and preferences of the participants. Safety is always our number one priority and we do our best to give our divers the best experience possible. Our service is 100% private and we only work with small groups of up to 4 divers per guide.

Minimum certification required: Open Water Diver or equivalent. The day starts at around 8 am at the shop, where we'll give out forms and gear if needed. Free parking is available in case the participants bring their own cars. Once everyone is ready, the group leaves to the chosen cenote making one quick stop to pick up lunch and some additional beverages if the participants need to. Upon arrival, the group will do 2 dives of approximately 45 minutes each depending of the location. Divers will be provided with water and lunch in between dives. The group will return to the shop between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm where they will have a chance to rinse their gear and leave it to dry for a few hours if requested. A taxi (not included) will be called for those who need it in order to reach their respective hotel.

5.00Zotz diving experience was amazing. They were very helpful selecting and providing gear for the group to use and helped choose proper dive sites. Communication before and during dives was great and left with no confusion.

5.00Coming to Mexico, I did not expect that I would be doing as much diving as I ended up doing. We did 4 dives in the sonotes, two at Ponderosa, two at Dos Ojos, two along the coast of Playa Del Carmen, and two at Cozumel. Alejandra was our instructor, and made it an awesome experience. (As a local, she also knew where all the best taco places were) Overall, I could not have wished for a better instructor than Alejandra while I got my Advanced Open Water certification and I will definitely be back again soon. PS. Cozumel has the best reef, and Dos Ojos was the better sonote.

5.00Great experience : came for some cave diving to gain experience after finishing full cave training and lean new things Very professional customer oriented team Very punctual. The guide I worked with ( Alexandra Garcia) was really great sharing her passion for cave diving and great person to be with Ricardo ( the owner ) arranged everything beautifully at really short notice Highly recommended experience Very personal very professional very focus on specific needs of the client

5.00Let me start this review out by saying that I am VERY picky when it comes to who I trust for dive training. I tend to vet not only dive shops but the instructors as well. I have been very fortunate in the quality of my instructors and Ricardo Castillo is no exception. I originally met him at a dive show and he was able to fit me for a new side mount BCD for training. Ricardo is very knowledgeable, patient, and really wants the best for his students. I did 3 courses in 6 days and did not feel overwhelmed. He made sure I understood the importance of safety in cave diving and made sure I could perform the drills. I felt safe while performing all skills and drills... even blindfolded! The training was 100% worth it and Ricardo took me on a fun dive on the last day that was really life changing. I cannot wait to continue working with Ricardo and his employees.
