Our guide, Rosario was fantastic. Highly recommended asked us question to tailor our experience to fit our personalities and taste. Very well done and easy to book.

The food we had was great and Rosario was pleasant but our tour was at 11:00 and she showed up at 12:00. Also we normally would have more than two stops and I think drinks were supposed to be included.

We just finished the Food Tour and I wanted to express my disappointment with the food, drinks (lack thereof) and organization of the tour. Rosario was nice and knowledgeable; however the tour was all over the map and she was hard to understand. There was no organization with where we were going. She didn't engage everyone, just talked to one or two people at a time. I asked for seafood and local, authentic New Zealand food. I am a tour operator and I have been on numerous food tours. This is at the top as one of the worst. We paid for our own drinks, the seafood that I requested was okay, but a lot of fried food. If you were charging $50 a person, then I understand no drinks, but the description indicated food and drinks and we paid a premium for one scoop of gelato, fast food (Burger Fuel)French fries and mostly fried seafood food. When we stopped at Burger Fuel (New Zealands McDonalds), the guide bought 3 orders of fries and 3 bottles of water for the 6 of us to share. We paid approximately 550 USD for 6 people. Our group wanted the tour to end about 45 minutes before it did. I sent an email to the company after the tour to express my frustration and never heard back. Buyer beware.

Rosario was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and fun. She hit all the highlights that we had read about in Auckland.
