• We meet at 8 am at the predetermined location, the dive gear will already be in the vehicle. • The drive to the Cenote is around 30min, during this time we will share more information with you about the program of the day and the dives, as well as some history and importance of the Cenotes and the Mayan culture. • Your guide will discuss with you your previous dive experience and will offer tips to help you feel more comfortable during these dives. • Once on site, you will prepare your equipment. Together we will check that all the gear is well ready to go, your guide will check the tank’s pressure and do a detailed inspection. • We will walk around the premises to see the Cenotes and get familiarized with the entry point and the dive path. • We will do a security and dive briefing before the first dive. • The surface interval will be determined based on the first dive. • After finishing the two dives on two different lines, we will share a meal together in a typical Mexican restaurant (Covid 19 restrictions are limiting us in the choice of restaurants, you may be given Sandwiches). • The time back in Playa del Carmen is between 2:30 pm and 3 pm.

5.00During a week of dives in Cozumel, 3 of us crossed to the Playa del Carmen side to make cenote dives. What a great op TheCenoteGuy is! We went out with Sebastian to 3 cenotes (2 back-to-back on one dive with a short, underground surface interval in between). We received thorough historical, procedural, and site briefs, good gear to use, and some tasty snacks and a lunch. Chac Mool, Kukulkan, and Little Brother are stunning cenotes, not just for their light and stalactites, but also for their dramatic haloclines. When you dip below a halocline, the water shimmers and gets hazy, but when you then rise above the halocline the water is so crystal clear that you get the illusion that you've left the water as if in air. So dramatic! The next week, we crossed by ferry to PdC to dive another pair of cenotes, El Eden and Chikin Ha. This time there were 9 of us divers, so we hired 3 guides from TheCenoteGuy (Sebastian, Adam, and Anna). Every cenote has its own beauty, and these didn't disappoint. The light beams filtering through surface vegetation, the haloclines, thermoclines, and subterranean air domes were fantastical! We couldn't stop raving about the experience and our guides.

5.00What an unbelievable and magical experience we had diving with The Cenote Guy in Playa Adventuras. The dive master Sebastian was both kind and knowledgeable as we drove to Chac Mool. Our time at Kulkakan and Little Brother Cenote was an unforgettable sight filled with stalagmites and stalactites fossils crystals and more. The light beaming through the water was incredible and our guide helped us to navigate this amazing underworld with Haloclines and milky white sulfur water into incredible clear water.

5.00What a dive, what a beautiful experience, really different from all the dives I have logged so far. With Cenote Guy Sebastien, Kulkukan and Little Brother dived. Clear and enthusiastic explanation, what continued underwater every beautiful detail was pointed out with enthusiasm. Fine and relaxed dives with top guidance and tightly organized.

5.00初めてのメキシコでセノーテ•ガイズで4本潜りました。どのセノーテも地形や淡水でのダイブプロフィールが違うので潜る前からどんなところだろうかとワクワクします。 朝、車でPDCの集合場所から移動し、着いてからセノーテを歩いて下見し、ガイドがとても丁寧にブリーフィングをしてくれるので安心できました。ダイバー最高4:ガイド1という規則があるので大人数グループで潜らないし、分からないことも質問しやすかったです。ガイドの方(2日ともフランス人)はセノーテに魅了されて長年潜っていて験豊富でした。オフィスとの連絡もWhatsAppで滞りなく、セノーテ選びと予約の段階から懇切丁寧に説明してくださり、非常に良かったです。またガイドとオフィスの連携も素晴らしかったです。Great team work and very professional. No other dive shop can beat Cenote Guys who specialise in diving only cenotes. We had magical 🪄 and awesome dives that last forever. Thank you so much Sebastian, Alma and Dani.

5.00They had all the details of a wonderful experience sorted out. It was such a pleasure to dive with them again after I first had the privilege a few years ago. The whole day we spent with learning about the history, and nature, and being in the cenotes was excellent.

5.00We dove Car Wash then Angelita. It was a friend and me and 2 other people. All advanced certified. Tamara was beyond any expectations of a perfect guide. I barely noticed the drive time as we briefed and learned on the way. Everything was so smooth and low key. She guided us along timing where we saw 1 other group at Car Wash and no Scuba group and a few free divers at Angelita. I am completely hooked on cenotes now. Tamara was amazing at prepping us and then executing the dives in a safe but still fun manner. She created a group atmosphere that had 2 Americans and two people, one from Hungary, one from western China, that made it a truly unforgettable day. And that's without considering the epic dives. DO NOT miss diving at least one cenote if in Cozumel or Playa or Cancun. If you dive and came to Tulum or anywhere, I strongly recommend The Cenote Guy, especially if you have your advanced cert and prefer diving with a small group. I'm already planning a cenote specific trip for next year. I may sound like a paid review, but I am not. I have NEVER left a review this long, but really enjoyed my time in this trip.

5.00Fantastic experience. The guide was excellent. Also, the staff was very accommodating and worked with us. The day the dive was scheduled my kids got sick and they rescheduled it for a couple days later. Absolutely recommend them!

5.00OMG AMAZING 😍😍😍😍😍 first day Kukulcan en Little Brother with guide Pepe a.k.a. Kunfu Panda and on the second day Carwash and Dreamgate with beautiful Ana. We loved it, incredible and such a different world.

5.00Diving the cenotes has been a dream of mine for many years and from the very start, our experience with these guys was the best you could wish for. Dani was super useful, providing me with extensive knowledge and insight before booking which cenotes I wanted to dive. Sebastian was our guide and he was fantastic- full of positive energy, fun and so much interesting knowledge about the cenotes, geography, geology and history- lots of cool stories. The dives...wow. just wow. Like a dream. Everything i wanted and so much more. Sebastian made sure we had the best experience under and above the water. Meeting the other staff back at base, we were welcomed and really felt like we were part of the family. We will 100% be coming back and would highly recommend this company(family!!!) to everyone!!!
