1.00Booked a tour for Statue of Liberty and received email saying tour was canceled for unforeseen reasons (72 hours before tour). Completely understandable, but then they provided two other dates for two weeks in the future as if they assume we live there. Even worse, when I tried to call, email, and text as they say to, no answers from any line…only straight to voicemail. Still no refund or response and still no tour. Be aware of the scam for some of these tours.
Great to feel the history along with see everything with an EXCELLENT tour guide in Charlie!! 👏🏿

5.00I did my tour with “Charlie” and he was terrific!! So knowledgable, sincere and interactive. Answered all my questions and made what would have been a good 1st experience…GREAT!!! Thank God I had a good one in him and I’ll never forget it!!

5.00Joseph did an amazing job explaining interesting facts about the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island !! He gave us a lot of details and stories I had never heard before, we enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend Joseph as a tour guide!!

5.00This a phenomenal tour and I'm so glad we had a guide named Joseph, from Inside out Tours. He made everything come to life when he shared the history of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. People that had no tour guide started to record Joseph. That's how good he was. He made a very memorable day. We will definitely recommend your company and Joseph as the guide.
